I had recently purchased a new flat top stove and needed a good flat bottom Teakettle. Bought this Teakettle cause it matched my dinnerware and wanted a 2 1/2 quart Teakettle. Teakettle looked Great but soon realized that it was the worst pouring Teakettle I have ever used. Advertised as 2 1/2 quart and it does hold 2 1/2 quarts but has a sticker "Max Fill" that is just over 2 cups. After using it I assume the reason for the Max Fill sticker is that this Teakettle cannot pour without dripping when the level is over 2 cups. This kettle "SUCKS" I have to wipe the counter and bottom of Teakettle everytime I pour out a cup until the level drops below 2 cups. Think Corelle needs to go back to the drawing board on this Teakettle. Only gave it 1 star cause system would not let me give it a ZERO!

I bought this teakettle for my daughter and she loves it, she said the whistle is so loud she can hear it upstairs, it also matches all her Country Cottage dishes, also bought her the platter, she said they arrived very nicely packaged. To clean the teakettle use equal parts of water and white vinegar and boil for 10 minutes, I fill just above the stained area and it comes out clean. I bought Corelle dishes in 1970's and still use them.

I love my teas. Whistle is unique but have grown accustomed to it. Solid product, well-crafted. Love it. No problems whatsoever with it. How hard can a teakettle be to operate, seriously.

I don't understand how amazon allows these people to sell products based on false claims. This wire is at best 3/32" or 0.09375" in diameter. 12 awg, 10 awg, and 8 awg wires are 0.08080810", 0.10189", and 0.128496" respectively. This wire is less than 10 awg wire. If the wire is too small for the current draw, it will cause a voltage drop that may cause the amp to shut off, overheat or distort. It could also melt the wire shielding. Now that answers the question as to why there is an overabundance of shielding on these wires. After paying $500 dollars for an amp and sub setup I am not impressed to find out this wire could jeopardize my investment. Considering I used roughly 9' of wire at 500w I am at the bottom edge of the design limit. That is not were I intended to be. I would not recommend this wire kit for a 300w amp at 16' but it might work considering 10 awg wires can be used up to 20'.

It's a decent set. The fuse holder is fine and comes with screw-on end caps and O-rings, so it's at least splash-proof. The other crimp connectors are fine.

Biggest issue is that the nice thick power-cable that they advertise as 8GA is, in reality, nothing like! There's a LOT of insulation on this cable. From measurement of the actual internal conductor, I would say it's 12GA at best. Fortunately, this was all I needed and for the price, it was enough. But don't buy this thinking you are getting what they advertise! (Having said that, most of these power cable sets seem to suffer from the same "enhanced" advertising.)

Everything else was fine, and so if 12GA cables are enough for you... go for it!

Love the micro-fleece sleepsack. I got the large, which is a little big for my 7-month old (probably 16 pounds), but I figured she'd grow into it, and the small 2-1 fleece swaddle sleepsack was getting a little small. The micro-fleece is incredibly soft (granted it's only been washed once) and not bulky. I also have a large cotton one, which I alternate with this one depending on how thick the baby's pajamas are. I think she sleeps a lot better with the sleepsacks, because she stays warm, and she's too little for regular blankets. They used this at daycare, so I decided to try it out. Good buy!

I have two of these, and one is perfect... but the other has a sticky zipper that is hard to catch. But, I was in a pinch and couldn't return it, because I needed it.

But, the baby loves them. And they do help her to sleep better overall, so I do recommend them.

When the sleep sack arrived, it smelled strongly of moth balls. After two washes, the smell was still so strong that I was not willing to put the sack on my baby. I returned the item & ordered another color, hoping that the weird smell was a fluke. It was not a fluke. The replacement sack smelled just as badly as the first one. Though I typically love Amazon & order from them on pretty much a weekly basis, I cannot recommend buying this product from Amazon. Unfortunately, I'll be making a trip to another store to purchase this item in the future rather than enjoying the convenience of ordering from Amazon.

My boyfriend's friends have the expensive Salt and Peppermill set - Peugeot - and he told me several times how fun it was to use them. At a Thanksgiving party at their place I got to play with those too and decided that my man deserves such a set. After reading all the reviews I decided to try MIU set instead - and I love it and my boyfriend loves it! We use both mills everyday - it's been almost 2 months. I even gave the same set as a gift to my best friend - now she and her husband enjoy the mills too. I only wish the finest setting was a little "finer" so we could enjoy the process of "lighted salting and peppering" a little longer each time - it's fascinating! But we got used to it and are happy with my gift.

The Nesco American Harvest Food Dehydrator I bought through Amazon was a terrific bargain. We've used it to dry venison meat into jerky and also for drying fruits and vegetables. It's easy to operate and clean up is a breeze. Despite the low price, it's performed like a champ. Asked for this for Xmas because I got sick of paying so much for Chicken Jerky and Dried Sweet Potato Treats for my three APBT's. I used what we had in the kitchen in the way of chicken and sweet potatos and have to admit that boneless chicken breasts would have been easier to work with, but since stores were closed late Xmas eve... . The chicken did dry as it should have and did not take as much time as I thought it might. The dogs AND the humans in the house liked both the potatos and the chicken bits. I unknowingly ordered two extra trays but think the four trays that come with the dehydrator is quite sufficient for a household of two adults and three dogs. I am looking forward to using this more regularly and can see taking advantage of fruits and meats when in season or on sale. If you are going to purchase this, I suggest you buy the package of two extra trays if there are more than three people in your home. I did not have a problem with the overheating that other people have reported and the noise could be considered equivalent to that of a small overhead exhaust fan.
